PSR workers visit the patients, his/her families and communities. The schizophrenia patients are our target cases. We follow up the patients with three main factors – Biological, Psychological and Social factor; rehabilitation activities are also taught or instructed to the patients and families in order to help the patients’ basically daily activities.
We do home Visit in our coverage areas of working (Siem Reap, Angkor Chum and Kralanh Operational District):
-In Siem Reap Operational District, we do home visiting in Svay Dongkum Commune only.
-In Angkor Chum and Kralanh Operational District, we do home visiting in all communes.
